One of the three pillars of being, health can often be challenging, but once achieved, it can also be largely self perpetuating. The three pillars of health are:

Nutrition provides the foundational elements the body needs to build strength, poise, and speed. Nutrition also provides exercise enabling energy.

Exercise, whether by way of running or reading a book, puts the nutritional elements to work toward achieving accuracy, agility, and endurance of both body and mind. Exercise also more fully enables rest.

Rest allows the body and mind to recuperate and benefit from exertion. Rest also enables the cycle of health anew.
